Continued from the other thread discussing awards. I think they should have two defensemen awards. One for most points, which is essentially what the Norris is now and then a MVP type award where maybe Makar wins it or another d-man who was solid all year.

Change the trophies/definitions. Get most of the voting out of it. And for the ones voted on change who votes.

bring in a 3rd trophy for D's, the Robidas island trophy, for the player still able to play physically but suck too much to be in the line up and is still under contract.
